A New Era of Possibilities
Written by Peel Team

Real Story, Real Impact
Denis lost part of his forearm and needed a prosthetic that felt natural and truly fit his body.
Instead of using traditional molds, the team at Chabloz Orthopédie turned to 3D technology.
They scanned Denis’s healthy arm to mirror its shape and scanned the amputated side for a custom ergonomic fit.
Using CAD software, they designed a forearm shell that could hold batteries, sensors, and connect to a bionic hand.
The design was 3D printed using HP Jet Fusion—strong, sleek, and 20% lighter than traditional materials.
After painting and finishing, the prosthesis was paired with a BeBionic hand, one of the most advanced on the market.

The result? A personalized, high-tech prosthetic that lets Denis move with confidence, comfort, and ease.
This is how 3D scanning and printing are shaping the future of prosthetics- faster, smarter, and centered around people.
