Thank you for attending Autodesk Solutions Day 2023! | 16th March, Bangsar South

During the Autodesk Solutions Day 2023 | Product Design & Manufacturing Session, the attendees had the opportunity to hear from several technical specialists and experts in the industry. The talks covered various topics, including digital transformation, innovative product design and manufacturing strategies, and the benefits of 3D scanning and laser scanning technology. The speakers provided valuable insights and shared their experiences on how these technologies can be used to improve product design and engineering processes.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Drawbridge Technologies, thanking all the attendees for taking the time to join us at Autodesk Solutions Day 2023. Our goal was to share new and innovative strategies in product design, and we were thrilled to see such a great turnout. The event consisted of a series of talks and an "EXPLORE Session" where the attendees got to visit four different booths set up for demonstration.

The first talk was led by Mr. John Rivas, a technical specialist from Autodesk, who gave an introduction titled "Digital Transformation Starts with Autodesk Solutions." Mr. Rivas set the tone for the day, explaining the importance of leveraging technology to stay ahead in today's fast-paced world. Mr Rivas

highlighted how Autodesk solutions can help businesses to achieve digital  transformation and drive innovation in their industries. He explained how Autodesk software can be used to create digital models and simulations of products, which can reduce the need for physical prototypes and testing, ultimately saving time and costs

The second talk, "Innovative Product Design & Manufacturing Strategies," was presented by Mr Ilyas Ramdzan, our technical manager, and assisted by Mr Aniq, a technical specialist. Mr Ramdzan discussed some of the latest trends in product design and manufacturing, and how Autodesk software can help business

stay competitive. Mr Aniq then talked about the capabilities of  VR and how it can be used in combination how it can be used in combination with Autodesk software to create immersive design experiences.  This was followed by a tea break where attendees had the chance to network with each other and the organizers.

The third talk was titled "Speed Up Reverse Engineering with 3D Scanning Technology" by Mr. Jonathan Tan. He used Creaform's 3D Scanner product, the HandyScan 3D Black series, to demonstrate how easy, portable, and accurate it is in recreating digital models of physical parts, among other functions.

This was followed by a talk by our collaborative partner, ACA Pacific. Mr. Raimi Ahmad, ACA Pacific’s representative,  spoke about "Digitizing Factories and Plants with 3D Laser Scanning" and highlighted the technical capabilities and benefits of the Leica BLK360 imaging laser scanner, which can scan full-dome with photospheres, and how it can be used to digitize factories and plants.

We were delighted to see so many engaged and interested attendees, and we hope that the talks provided valuable insights and sparked new ideas. The EXPLORE SESSION allowed attendees to visit the booths set up for demonstration. The booths showcased the capabilities of Autodesk software, VR technology, 3D scanning, and laser scanning geosystems. We hope that attendees left the event feeling inspired and excited to implement new strategies and technologies in their product design and manufacturing processes.

Once again, we would like to express our gratitude to all the attendees who joined us at Autodesk Solutions Day 2023. We hope to see you again at future events, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in the years to come.
